The Company has its own laboratory to analyze brix percentage, acidity and juice contained
in its produce to determine compliance with the specifications of International Standards.
The produce is also analyzed for pesticide residue in the Central Laboratory of the Egyptian
Ministry of Agriculture, which holds ISO 17205 Certification, to ensure the results meet the
International MRL Standards.
The Company has an efficient system of traceability. Quality is ensured through the use of
electronic traceability that allows the entry of farm operation data including the production
programs, fertilization, irrigation, etc.
The farm enters data through a supplier identification card which is traced throughout each
step until it reaches the production stage.
